Halos lahat na ata ng mailuluto ay naluto ko na,para sa almusal,tanghalian at hapunan ng 2 bulilit ko.Ang bunso ko ay malakas kumain,kahit ano yata ang ihain ko kinakain,binabanatan.Pero si koji napaka selan sa pagkain.Pero pag kumakain kami sa labas nkakakain naman sya.Sobrang utuan na ang nangyayari sa amin.Pero ang bagsak ay gatas pa rin,kasi ayaw nga kumain,at alam kong gutom na sya kaya tatanungin ko kung ano gs2 nya kainin,dede ang sasagot nya.
Nag iisip ako ng bagong pagkain na pwedeng ihain sa kanya..Baka may tips kayo..ano ba mga hinahain nyo sa mga bulilit nyo..

Un anak ko nung bata pa pinapakain ko sya ng ninjin oroshi(carrots na dinurog ) gulay talaga na halos soak lang.halos walang lasa lool ilang taon na ba yan ??kc d2 kapag 1 yr old na halos pang matanda na ang pagkain pero less ang toyo salt etc etc .bihirang pakainin ng karne ,isda madalas gusto ng bata .gud luck admin ff

May kasamahan ako sa church na ang anak e 1 yr.old pa lang,pero halos pinapakain nya ay un pagkain din namin sa simbahan..pero di ako masyado kuntento sa appearance e,magaan sya at medyo hindi siksik ang muscle.Gatas ng ina iniinom nya at di rin sya nagda diaper,full time ang nanay nya..
Ang mga anak ko e kumakain kaso hindi marami,mas marami gatas sa kanila..
at prutas,juice..saka mga biscuits..
sa ngayon nagsisikap akong lagyan ng dekorasyon ang pagkain nila para ganahan kalikutin ang pagkain.

Yan isang nakakadagdag ng interes ng bata para kumain gogo admin galingan mo ...Isa pang napansin ko samga pinay katulad ng nakagawian pakain ng pakain ng chichiriya,palagay ko ok nman style ng japanese na bigyan ng oras ang chichirya at konti lang ang ibigay para sa pagkain ng hapunan maraming makain ang bata. try .....

ang anak ko,4 months pa lng nagkaipin na kaya magmula nun pinakain ko ng may kanin(yung prang lugaw),gatas at kung ano yung kinakain namin napapakain ko na sya kaya nung isang taon pa lng anak ko,ang taba at maganda ang katawan nya.tapos nag two years old sya,sya mismo ang huminto sa pag dede.
ngayon lahat namna nakakain nya walang maanghang sa kanya basta pagkain ,lalamon sya.
kimchi ang pina ka peborit nya,mawala na lahat wag lng ang kimchi...pinapapak pa nya.
kaya hindi ako nahihirapan basta ang anak ko ang kakain.
gusto din nya ang doenjang(yung bean paste na may amoy,nato yata ito sa Japan).

waaa koreanong koreano anak mo hehehhehehhe..D2 sa japan cguro alam nman ng ibang katambay 1 yr old pinakakain na ng normal na pagkain (katulad ng kinakain ng matanda but less talaga sa salt toyo.) itinitigil na rin ang dede.pati pampers .

Give some grains like Ragi and Wheat to the kids. That will enable them to gain weight and have sustenace against regular milk taking. The grains gives the needed essential nutrients too.

ako,mahigpit sa oyatsu. pag lumagpas sa oras,di na pwedeng mag oyatsu. maghintay sila ng 6:30-7pm para mag dinner. at dun sila magkakakain ng marami. di rin ako palabili ng coke,bihirang bihira ako na bumili ng coke o juice.

pati sa dede,3 1/2 weeks na akong di nagpapadede,sa bote. naku! pinagbaso ko na,at ang laki na eh,nadede pa din. paggising nya sa umaga at bago matulog yan,hihingi na sya sa kin. sasabihin nya. mama,milk please. nun nahingi pa din ng dede,tinikis ko nga! kasi kahit madaming nakain na kanin,nahingi pa din sya nun ng dede eh. kahit nakikita nya ang mga dede nya sa kitchen,deadma! baso talaga sya. tsaka,pina uubos ko na lang ang pang baby nya na milk,next week. tulad na sya ng gatas namin. menos uli! idagdag ko na lang sa mga healthy foods,ayos na!

anak ko hindi umiinom ng cola,sinabihan kc ng teacher nya na wag uminom ng cola tsaka may commercial ang coke na nanginginig pag uminom baka daw manginig din sya!

I am just curious. We don't have enough money to buy organic foods for
ourselfs, but we buy it for our kids as I think they are too young for
all the chemicals that are presented in regular fruit and vegetables.
We started after my 7 months old got a bad rash after he ate some
peeled baby carrot from Stop & Shop brand.

well i think we just give them the naturals,the foods that are available in our fridge,as long as it is healthy and good for kids.I donot buy organic foods.My kids love vegetable and fruits now.It is the best food.I am planning to switch to vegetarianism..but it takes a lot of courage hehehehe..and preparations.
